These Personal Terms govern your access to and use of the financial products and services provided by Zunofy, a USA-based fintech company offering borderless payments, multi-currency accounts, and related financial services (“Zunofy”, “we”, “us”). By using any service, product, website, mobile app, or platform owned or operated by Zunofy, you agree to be bound by these Personal Terms.

Zunofy may update these terms at any time. When changes are made, we will post the revised terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued access or use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Eligibility & Verification

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract to use Zunofy services. All users are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification prior to account activation and at any time thereafter. Information collected may include identity, contact details, financial information, and any other information required to comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where Zunofy operates.

Payment Services

Zunofy provides digital payment and remittance services, including cross-border money transfers and foreign exchange. Fees, exchange rates (including any zero FX markup promotions), transaction limits, and service terms are disclosed to you prior to completing any transaction.

You agree that payment execution may be subject to regulatory review, third-party processing systems, bank requirements, and other compliance obligations.

Customer Data & Privacy

To deliver services, Zunofy collects personal and financial data. This information may be used for identity verification, transaction processing, compliance monitoring, and customer support. We process personal data in accordance with applicable global data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, GLBA) and Zunofy’s Privacy Policy below.

You represent and warrant that all data provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Security

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials (including passwords and multi-factor authentication). Zunofy implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your data and transactions in accordance with recognized industry standards.

We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a security breach involving your account that may cause serious harm.

Communications

By using Zunofy services, you consent to receive electronic communications (including emails, SMS, push notifications) regarding your account, transactions, policy updates, and marketing where permitted.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Personal Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the United States (federal and applicable state law). You agree that any legal action will be brought exclusively in the appropriate federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction where Zunofy is incorporated or as required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zunofy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zunofy harmless against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Personal Terms, misuse of the services, or violation of applicable laws.

Business Terms

These Business Terms apply to corporate users, institutions, merchants, and other entities (“Business Users”) accessing or using Zunofy’s services for business purposes. Use of business services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Who Can Use Our Services

Business Users must be legally organized entities capable of entering into binding contracts. Zunofy may require corporate formation documents, beneficial ownership information, compliance certifications, and other documentation for verification.

Getting Started

To onboard as a Business User, you must complete the account registration process and satisfy all verification, compliance, and documentation requirements. Access to certain services (including APIs and enterprise integrations) may be governed by additional agreements.

Fees & Charges

Business services may include subscription fees, transaction fees, integration fees, currency conversion charges, and other applicable costs. Zunofy reserves the right to change fees with prior notice.

Business Users are responsible for local taxes, withholding obligations, and any regulatory fees applicable in their jurisdictions.

Currency Conversion & Transfers

Exchange rates are provided at the time of the transaction and may vary due to market conditions. Zunofy may apply conversion fees or allow promotional pricing. Business Users acknowledge potential exchange risk on cross-border transactions.

Withdrawing funds

Business Users may request withdrawal of available funds in accordance with service terms and regulatory restrictions. Withdrawals may be delayed for risk review or compliance reasons.

Business Card Transactions

If Zunofy issues corporate cards, transaction limits, merchant category restrictions, and acceptable use policies apply. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of card privileges.

Intellectual Property & License

All intellectual property rights in Zunofy’s services remain its exclusive property. Business Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the services for permitted business purposes only.
